This is the most urgent opportunity. The MHA is recruiting for the Non-Technical/General administrative cadre.

• Pay Level: Level 1 (₹18,000 – ₹56,900) + 20% Special Security Allowance.

1. Education: Matriculation (10th Class pass) from a recognized board.
2. Domicile: You must possess a Domicile Certificate of the State/UT against which you are applying.
3. Age Limit: 18 – 25 Years (Relaxation: SC/ST +5 yrs, OBC +3 yrs).

4. HOW TO APPLY NOW (Step-by-Step)

Follow these steps strictly to apply for the active MTS notification before the link expires.

Step 1: Registration

1. Visit the official MHA website: www.mha.gov.in
2. Look for the scrolling link: “Online Applications for the post of MTS(Gen) in IB”.
3. Click the link to be redirected to the recruitment portal (usually handled by TCS/SBI).
4. Select “New Registration”.
5. Enter basic details: Name, Mobile No, Email ID.
6. Verify OTP and submit to generate your User ID & Password.

Step 2: Fill Application Form

1. Log in using the User ID sent to your email.
2. Personal Details: Fill father’s name, address, and select your SIB (Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau) location.
   • Note: You can only apply for the state where you hold a Domicile Certificate.
3. Qualification: Enter 10th standard marks/percentage.
4. Exam City: Choose 5 preferred cities for the exam.

Step 3: Document Upload

Upload the following scanned documents (ensure clarity):

• Passport Photo: (35mm x 45mm, White background, 50-100KB).
• Signature: (Black ink on white paper, 50-100KB).
• Keep your Domicile Certificate ready for reference, though usually not uploaded at this stage.

Step 4: Fee Payment

Pay the requisite fee online (UPI / Debit Card / Net Banking).

• Gen / OBC / EWS (Male): ₹650 (Exam Fee ₹100 + Processing ₹550).
• SC / ST / Female / Ex-Servicemen: ₹550 (Processing Charges only).

Step 5: Final Print

After payment, the status will update to “Success”. Print the Application Form (contains the Barcode/Registration Number) and save it as a PDF. You will need this for the Document Verification stage.
